My stay at Chelsea Gardens Apartment was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I learned they didn't have the apartment I booked. They offered me a studio with a mattress on the floor, which was unacceptable. The cleanliness was subpar, especially in the bathroom, and to top it off, I couldn't even use the TV because the remote was missing. I felt this stay was a waste of money.
